Role Details:

Peacock is looking for an experienced Media Tech Manager with expertise in prioritizing and coordinating Media Tech integrations and automation for direct-to-consumer products. The Sr. Manager, Media Tech will the “go-to” person for ensure performance marketing MarTech and AdTech needs are met – proactively working to remove pain points that can be solved through platform enhancements. They will support the varying needs of Performance Marketing business stakeholders, while ensuring cohesion and prioritization between performance media, MarTech, AdTech, ad agencies, and vendors.

The ideal candidate for this role should also have some experience with both the technical integration and strategic application of Media Tech.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Work with Performance marketing leads, ad agency, ad vendors and internal teams to support and prioritize the varying Media Tech initiatives and support the broader marketing team
  • Maintain an understanding of Performance Marketing business goals, including KPIs, tactics and platforms associated with each function
  • Work to gather marketing uses cases and requirements from broader performance marketing team, assist with jira tickets, and maintain ‘source-of-truth’ documentation including performance marketing roadmap, vendor documentation, and internal trackers
  • Represent and push forward marketing priorities to MarTech and AdTech teams. Communicate progress back to Performance Marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Assist in writing Performance Media requirements for Business Requirements Documents (BRDs); project goals; business impact and success criteria
  • Work with ad agency, ad vendors, MarTech and AdTech teams as needed to troubleshoot issues and ensure changes and fixes are working properly
  • Facilitate discussions to gain consensus among various functional stakeholders
