DIVISION PROFILE
NBCUniversal Global Distribution is responsible for the sales and distribution of NBC Universal product to all forms of television and new media platforms in over 200 territories across the globe, its revenue portfolio exceeding $5Bn per year. This includes a rich library of more than 4,200 feature films and 110,000 television episodes, including current and classic titles, non-scripted programming, sports, news, long-form and short-form programming, and locally produced content from around the world. NBCUniversal Global Distribution is a division of Comcast NBCUniversal.

OVERVIEW
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Sales Team during the pre-& post sales process. It is also responsible for following up directly with clients on projects assigned by his/her supervisor.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support
  • Work closely with the Sales team.
  • Help with the “availability reports” per client, per country, history reports. Manage, and be prepared to report, all historical client data.
  • Support in the preparation and management of all Field Orders and Notices of Change (NOCs).
  • Work directly with our Latin America clients on any materials issues and resolving their problems; additionally, manage all client sales material requests (for example: screeners, press kits, digital sites).
  • Help with internal constituents (i.e. Legal, Servicing, Administration, etc.), as it pertains to contract preparation and product fulfillment.
  • Manage as first point of contact for clients on any additional issues and ensure timely response to external and internal clients.

    Administrative Management
  • Help with Budgets and all Sales Presentations (currently all in PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain all client records, client history and the client database.

    Markets and Travels
  • Manage and facilitate the schedule of event meetings for markets (NATPE, LA SCREENINGS, MIPCOM, etc).
  • Work closely with Marketing on client communication for the Latin America market.

  • Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administration/partner role.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency, especially MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese a +).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong client-support orientation.

    Desired Characteristics
  • TV licensing sales administration experience strongly desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales marketing, or related field preferred.
