Specialist, Promotional Planning, Peacock


The Specialist of Promotional Planning for our Peacock team will be responsible for the successful execution of on-platform marketing campaigns, from requesting and tracking promotional assets, through their strategy and implementation, to monitoring their performance and effectiveness on Peacock. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Promotional Strategy.
  • Assign house numbers in AD ID, and maintain promotional entries in AirTable.
  • Coordinate and QC all promotional assets with PMs and PAs to ensure timeliness and accuracy before final delivery.
  • Create and submit insertion orders to ad sales operations team for all promo campaigns
  • Co-ordinate and work with your team to ensure priority and accuracy of IO implementation
  • Perform daily Peacock platform checks for promo accuracy, optimization and efficiency
  • Aid in data performance reporting for promos on the platform
  • Show Lead Responsibilities (as assigned): Craft on-product rollouts, create marketing communications deck, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper implementation of plans for various priorities across platforms, ensure on-time delivery of promotional assets
  • Be the departmental point-person for assigned campaigns, attending meetings and speaking to strategy, as well as reporting back findings and updates to whole team.
  • Maintain departmental AirTable to ensure accurate communication of on-platform strategy within Peacock.
  • Aid in administrative tasks as needed (presentations, worksheets, meetings, notes, data sheets, etc.)


• 2+ years of Promotion Planning in TV and/or Streaming with a successful track record of innovation within the digital space
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint
• Experience in AirTable a plus
• Excellent attention to detail & ability to multitask
• Strong interest in promotions, advertising, and streaming entertainment
Flexibility for occasional after-hours and weekend coverage

Bilingual is a plus
