About the Role:
OLIVER is hiring a Web Content Manager to join our growing team! The Web Content Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting our agency team and brand clients to help ensure the management and execution of updates and enhancements to brand.com websites.
This individual will execute updates to consumer health branded websites and oversee QA efforts to ensure all executions are best-in-class and aligned with platform, brand and LMR requirements.
What you will be doing:
- Developing, assembling and publishing content updates to brand.com websites used the Drupal-based content management system.
- Working closely with agency team and client Digital Lead to understand requirements and ensure flawless execution of all content updates
- Auditing proposed brand.com design and layouts for adherence to the BCH Drupal design system and proposing alternatives that would meet project design needs while aligning to platform specifications and constraints
- Ensuring that website updates adhere to specified platform, brand and LMR requirements, are aligned with mobile-first and responsive web design principles and WCAG and ADA accessibility standards and provide a positive user experience
- Applying a consistent, thoughtful approach to backend development tasks, I.e. using consistent naming conventions for components, utilizing dynamic components wherever possible, appropriately archiving pages and more
- Conducting meticulous testing & QA of new content and functionality, from development through go-live, on mobile and desktop devices.
- Work collaboratively with Client Digital Lead and clients LMR to share updates and apply changes to ensure more efficient LMR approval
- Proactively identifying and collaborating with digital lead and/or BCH IT support via ticketing system to troubleshoot technical issues or questions related to website builds, templates and other site components
- Maintain SEO best practices across all production environment to include on page and technical considerations
- Identifying and suggesting platform or functionality builds to improve the user experience on websites
What you need to be great in this role:
- 4+ years in CMS Content Management, preferably with Drupal platform a huge plus
- Previous experience developing and updating enterprise websites, with a focus on mobile-first and responsivity and working knowledge HTML/CSS
- Understanding of UX & UI design strategies and best practices
- Understanding of WCAG and ADA website accessibility standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under tight timelines
- Extremely detail oriented – must have a strong aptitude for identifying and proactively addressing bugs, errors or inconsistencies
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines with multiple projects running in parallel
- Adaptable to changing requirements, priorities and timelines
- Strong communicator and collaborator across all departments and functions
- Organized, solution-oriented, pro-active problem-solver
- Positive attitude and catalyst for change and improvement
