ABOUT THE ROLE

To support the execution of the discipline-level marketing strategy. To support multi-channel marketing campaigns and sales enablement programs in order to achieve the key title, list, and Divisional sales goals.

  • Creates assets for inclusion in discipline and product campaigns in order that executed campaigns deliver target engagement rates.
  • Deploys email marketing campaigns in order to generate awareness, enthusiasm, and comp copy requests.
  • Runs customer data lists and customer data reports in order that marketing campaigns are appropriately targeted.
  • Maintains and updates sales tools in order that the HE sales teams have support to maximize their sales success.
  • Provides digital marketing materials during key selling seasons in order that the sell-through of adoptions is maximized.
  • Collects and collates customer (instructor & student) feedback in order that testimonials and case studies can be created.
  • Provides admin support on the student panel program in order that student data & insight can be utilized across the HE business area.
  • Supports team by running sales, customer, and product reports as needed in order that HE colleagues have appropriate data to base business decisions on.
  • Updates content on HE-specific web pages and sites in order that they remain a relevant source of adoption opportunities.
  • Creates titles on display lists and other booth materials for conferences we attend in order to support generating value from each conference.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to present data effectively
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, balancing a variety of responsibilities, managing multiple deadlines simultaneously, efficiently, and accurately
