ABOUT THE ROLE

To create awareness and understanding of our digital products and programs within the Higher Education academic communities we operate in. To analyze usage data to accurately measure engagement with our digital products and report regularly on actionable, commercial insights to a range of cross-functional stakeholders. To identify and measure key performance indicators and metrics for our digital platform usage. To deliver maximum engagement with adoption of our digital course solutions through a range of different marketing activities and customer interactions.

  • Updates and circulates digital dashboards, sharing Key Performance Indicators and usage metrics across platforms, creating account-level data points in order to provide meaningful and actionable reporting to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Oversees project to migrate reporting dashboards to Tableau for Oxford Learning Link, Oxford Insight, and Trove.
  • Creates digital product marketing plans in order to drive awareness and deeper understanding of digital course solutions across all HE disciplines.
  • Delivers go-to-market activities for key platform launches and updates in order that subscription, activation, revenue and usage targets are met.
  • Creates and delivers onboarding and product training guidance through written and video materials, webinars and FDOC support in order to drive usage and adoption of digital products and programs. Works with customer to find solutions for digital needs.
  • Work with cross-functional data teams on a range of analytics projects in order to inform project and advocate for HE data needs.
  • Develops the use of testimonials and case studies in order to provide use cases to enhance sales activity.

ABOUT YOU

  • Relevant work experience in marketing, publishing or sales environments, ideally within education or EdTech companies
  • Understanding of key trends across the Higher Education landscape, digital solutions for the classroom, and core challenges for university instructors
  • Strong analytics and data skills. Familiarity with Google Data Studio, Tableau, Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into compelling insights and action points.
  • Ability to assess priorities and balance resources across a list of products
  • Proven ability to establish collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders.
  • A high degree of literacy and presentation skills

Location: This role can be located in Toronto, Cary, New York, or Sunderland.

We are currently thinking through how we use our offices in the future and are open to discussing flexibility within this such as a blend of office and home working.
