Location: San Francisco, California; on-site during onboarding and for live events onlyJob Type: SalariedCompensation Range: $105,000-115,000 annuallyWe're looking for a Live Producer to join our client's dynamic team and help shape the future of travel!As a Live Producer, you will be a key player in bringing the brand and experiences to life through live events and broadcasts.
You will work at the intersection of content creation, technology, and hospitality, ensuring that live events captivate and engage our client's global community.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact with partners and key stakeholders and lead high-level event productions, which includes overseeing the crew and acting as the expert resource for the required technical, logistical and project management event support.Create live media content for internal and external distribution through direction and switching - or directing the switching - of assets and sources.Collaborate with the event partners to generate run-of-show, shot lists, presentation decks, and timelines, finalize assets and proactively identify, surface and work to resolve event-critical items, as needed.Problem-solve technical issues on the spot and confidently lead through complexity, leading multiple teams and crews in the field and or in studio.Create efficiencies, streamline and optimize workflows to ensure high standards of quality and productivity.

Qualifications:
Experience level: ExperiencedEducation: Bachelors8-10 years of experience with live events and technical skills in video/multimedia content creation.Exhibits hands-on working knowledge of more than one related craft area and the ability to utilize these various skills throughout the life cycle of a live event (e.g.
producing, stage management, camera, lighting, audio capture, audio engineering scoping and budgets, etc.
