We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager of Partner Development to join our dynamic and resourceful SHE Media Partner Network team. In this role, the Associate Manager will be responsible for assisting the Partner Development team, under the direction of the Sr. Director, with prospecting independent bloggers, influencers, and premium publishers.
The ideal candidate will be driven, self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about building relationships with women-led and multi-cultural businesses and independent creators. Our pitch is one of holistic partnership; this role will drive delivery on the promise of site and social monetization, traffic growth, and brand building.
- Represent and recruit for the SHE Media Partner Network by way of outward-facing communications
- Identify prospects and source ideal contacts for outreach
- Assist with crafting, testing, and executing email and social marketing strategies for recruitment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital partnerships and/or marketing role
- Understanding of the digital media space, including sales, strategy, marketing outreach, and business development
- Excellent written communication skills
