Fairchild Media Group: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

FMG is looking for an entry-level coordinator to support our sales and marketing teams across WWD, Beauty Inc and Footwear News. In this role, the coordinator will support our sales efforts, help with logistics, and maintain organization amongst our leadership team.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, familiarity with the media landscape, interest in fashion, beauty and footwear industries and is well-organized and adept at supporting multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, execute strategic needs and lead special projects for our president
  • Support sales, marketing teams in our ad sales efforts across all of our key categories including: fashion, beauty, footwear, retail, finance and technology
  • Handle regular requests from our sales team for mailings and other client requests
  • Support our events team during key moments including pre and day-of event support
  • Work closely with leadership to schedule and help execute key meetings such as our weekly sales and marketing meetings
  • Help improve process and workflow improvements
  • Foster a positive work environment and culture of collaboration and innovation
