Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Develop, implement, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns
* Develop creative campaigns for our franchise authors with a goal of increasing consumer awareness around back-list titles and continued author brand development around front-list titles
* Work closely with authors, influencers, and brands to maximize campaign effectiveness
* Work closely with publicists to shape and execute cohesive online and offline campaigns
* Develop sell-in and marketing materials in communication with our ad/promo and sales teams
* Maintain budgets for assigned titles and projects
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, book marketing experience a plus
* Experience working on creative and strategic campaigns
* Experience developing author brands
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing
* Excellent project management, communication, organizational, prioritization, and presentation skills
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
