Associate Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (Open to Remote)

This new role is part of a passionate and high-achieving 3 person DEI team, which includes the EVP and an Associate Director of DEI.
What you’ll do:
* Collaborate on, support and help drive DEI initiatives that relate to the PRH DEI Strategic Plan and DEI Pillars (Leadership Investment, Diversity + Representation, Career Growth, Psychological Safety and Content + Marketplace).
* Act as consultant, community-builder and DEI subject matter expert to both underrepresented and majority groups.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to help design, coordinate, track and measure divisional DEI initiatives and overall plan.
* Lead/participate in various DEI-related projects as they arise. Examples of projects are those relating to subject matter such as: data collection relating to our publishing programs and author demographics; efforts to make systems, processes, procedures and their functionality more inclusive; employee storytelling projects; and much more.
* Serve as advisor and partner to divisional DEI Pillar and/or Subcommittee Leads to support implementation and to ensure divisional programming has strategic goals and measures that are aligned with corporate DEI strategy.
* Help create succinct narratives for delivery of DEI information to various stakeholder groups and promote leadership engagement by providing feedback to senior leaders.
* Partner with HR Generalists on DEI matters.
* Partner with the Learning + Development team on DEI training and education initiatives.
* Partner with EVP to develop a formal DEI metrics, analytics and insights strategy; work in collaboration with other colleagues including the HR, L+D and Strategic Development teams to execute.

Experience you’ll need:
* At least 5 years of corporate experience in the aggregate in any industry
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in the diversity, equity and inclusion space
* Experience leading or supporting diversity, equity and inclusion data collection and analytics efforts is a plus
The salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.
