Senior Business Systems Analyst, PRHPS (Open to Remote)

The role includes requirements gathering, data analysis, project management, user support, and some training. This is a great opportunity for someone with SAP consulting experience who enjoys complex problem solving.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP MM and PP modules, SAP implementation and customization, large data set manipulation, and product pricing conditions. This is a business analyst position and does not require coding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze business requirements and design solutions to improve business processes, particularly in the areas of SAP MM/PP modules and product pricing conditions
* Gather and manipulate large data sets to derive insights and drive business decisions
* Effectively manage complex, multi-system projects with diverse stakeholder groups
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are understood and solutions meet business needs
* Conduct functional and technical analysis, create system design documentation, and perform configuration changes in a highly customized SAP system
* Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions are thoroughly tested and meet functional and technical requirements
* Participate in the development of training materials and train end-users on new system functionality
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for systems and processes related to SAP MM/PP modules and ebook pricing
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related fields
* 3+ years of SAP analyst experience required SAP MM/PP is a plus
* Advanced Excel required
* Analytical, data-driven approach; logical thinker with ability to articulate meaningful conclusions found in the data
* Experience in designing and implementing solutions to optimize business processes
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different departments and levels of the organization
* Ability to effectively prioritize work across multiple projects, working with supervisor as needed
* Ability to thrive either while working independently or in a team environment
* Experience in book publishing is a plus
* Experience with product pricing a plus

The salary range for this position is $95,000-$100,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.
