We are looking to hire an Account Executive to help drive revenue growth across enterprise and high growth startup markets. Our sales win rate is over 40% and continues to increase.

Critical responsibilities include:

  • Pipeline generation, including prospecting as well as partnering with Marketing to drive leads. 
  • Discovery calls and demos, including custom demos based on client requirements
  • Deliver a consultative solution to how Upsider can solve the client’s recruiting needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close business. 
  • Leverage sales technology to improve the sales productivity 
  • Manage your pipeline in Hubspot


  • 2+ years experience in a sales role 
  • Demonstrated track record at maintaining a consistent activity/conversation volume and achieving measurable goals, quota and quantifiable results
  • Experience in the Recruiting and/or SaaS industries 
  • Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone skills and persona as well as use of social media (mostly LinkedIn)
  • Experience working in a highly automated metrics based organization (familiar with Hubspot CRM or similar tool)
  • Excellent time management skills and high degree of organization a must
