We are looking to hire an Account Executive to help drive revenue growth across enterprise and high growth startup markets. Our sales win rate is over 40% and continues to increase.

Critical responsibilities include:
- Pipeline generation, including prospecting as well as partnering with Marketing to drive leads.
- Discovery calls and demos, including custom demos based on client requirements
- Deliver a consultative solution to how Upsider can solve the client’s recruiting needs
- Negotiate contracts and close business.
- Leverage sales technology to improve the sales productivity
- Manage your pipeline in Hubspot
- 2+ years experience in a sales role
- Demonstrated track record at maintaining a consistent activity/conversation volume and achieving measurable goals, quota and quantifiable results
- Experience in the Recruiting and/or SaaS industries
- Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone skills and persona as well as use of social media (mostly LinkedIn)
- Experience working in a highly automated metrics based organization (familiar with Hubspot CRM or similar tool)
- Excellent time management skills and high degree of organization a must
