Role Overview

This Healthcare Asset Management Firm is looking for a responsible, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will support their CEO and Business Systems team and own responsibilities across a breadth of operations, spanning work streams pertaining to internal, external, and personal operations in the founder/CEO’s office of an asset management firm. This individual will primarily support the firm’s CEO, and by nature of the organization being a small and lean business, collaborate with the rest of the small team, in particular the Business System’s team, to accomplish the organization’s key goals.

What will you do?

Ultimately, your most important responsibility is to ensure that the missions and goals of the company are supported, and the CEO, plus the broader Business Systems team is focused to achieve their highest and best use. The Associate is responsible for coordinating the ecosystem of goals to ensure that everything that happens connects directly back to their key objectives and is prioritized accordingly. The Associate will partner with the team to drive these responsibilities.

The specific responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • scheduling meetings with internal and external parties;
  • running team processes such as contacts management, meeting prep, follow-ups, office technology, and office organization;
  • serving as a primary intake for all requests and messages to the CEO & Business System’s team;
  • Personable administrative support including but not limited to helping to manage all personal engagements, calendars, and commitments for the CEO.

In addition, the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities across the organization, investors, and employees is essential. This person should be open-minded, comfortable with ambiguity, maintain composure under pressure, and able to execute tasks in both a thoughtful, people-oriented way, while also being consistently aligned to the goals at hand.

While the team is open to and encouraging different types of experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives, in order to be set up well for this role the right candidate will have some professional experience under their belt.
