Job Duties:

As Social Media Coordinator, you are a driving force behind growing and retaining our current investor relation client list. At RedChip Companies, the Social Media Coordinator is an integral player to our overall marketing and business strategy. This position is responsible for driving investor awareness and providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences. Working closely with management, this role supports the successful implementation and delivery of investor relations for our current client list.

  • Support the Managing Director in the creation, strategic planning, and implementation of all social media campaigns
  • Assist in the creation of quality content including but not limited to – text, images, and videos
  • Maintain a unified brand voice across social media platforms
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends
  • Schedule social media posts across all RedChip Companies social media platforms
  • Generate UTM parameters for all posts scheduled from RedChip Companies profiles and employees
  • Engage with perspective clients and investors via social media accounts
  • Review social media analytics and report them to the Managing Director weekly
  • Pull social media stats for clients as needed
  • Keep up to date with all social media best practices


  • Two years proven experience in social media marketing
  • Expertise in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, among others
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to grasp trends and act proactively
  • Understanding of leveraging hashtags
  • Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple tasks across multiple teams
  • B.S. in Marketing, Communication, Entrepreneurship, or a related field

  • Copywriting experience
  • Knowledge of the stock market
  • Knowledge of AP Style
  • Knowledge of Hootsuite
  • Knowledge of Canva
  • Photoshop/InDesign
