We are currently seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing (Inside Sales / Family Ambassador) who is passionate about making a difference for our Beach Cities Community!
Shift Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

The non-negotiables:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferredTwo to three years of experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experiencePassion to make a difference in the lives of people with memory impairing diseases and their families highly desirablePolished presentation skills and database management experienceMust have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insuranceMust have own transportation
What you'll be doing:
Promote Silverado programs and services to prospective residents, clients, and their families from the first call through the initiation of service, including permanent placement in a Silverado community, short-term (respite) stays, day service, comprehensive assessment, care management services, and/or home care services, and/or end-of-life care with the goal of assisting all families and, if needed, referral partiesResponsible for strategic follow-up with residents and familiesPromote family referral programs and act as the sales leader for the community
