Summary/Objective
Herbal Goodness is seeking a full, or part-time, Digital Marketing Director to work remotely.
The Digital Marketing Manager will drive digital marketing efforts, drive ad management and lead generation, grow company retail & distribution and manage B2C and wholesale B2B programs. They must be a guru in digital marketing, and understand the latest tools of Search Engine Optimization. He/She will be responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns and driving online growth, engagement, and conversion of e-commerce sites including social media accounts including Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and Youtube. Deep knowledge of pay-per-click Google Adwords and Microsoft Bing advertising. Soft skills including social media growth strategy and storytelling will be required. They must understand A/B testing and use analytics to drive what works. They will develop and manage relationships with Influencers (Youtube, Instagram, and Amazon) to gain organic growth and engagement.
This role requires experience with Advertising platforms like Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEMRush, AHRefs, as well as an innovative and creative mind who can work with our graphics design and managing designers, as well as use simple graphics tools like Canva and Video creation tools. This role will work with our current content creation team who helps to manage editorial and social media calendars, email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, etc. This role is also responsible for working within a growing sales strategy to expand our products into mass retail and distribution, advertise and test new products, find corporate account leads, and promote company trade shows or outings.
Other functions include:
Assisting in formulating sales outreach proposals, creating and moving leads through the sales funnel, developing and optimizing retargeting funnels, assisting in developing marketing and sales plans, and driving engagement with influencers, bloggers, media, and health communities.
Competencies
Strong digital marketing background with knowledge of trends, tools, SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Social Media Platforms and AnalyticsHighly creative and innovative. Not afraid to bring new initiatives and provide creative and critical thinking.Graphics design ideas and video visualization creation and/or editing skills. Adobe illustrator and photoshop skills are a plus.Copywriting and working with graphic designers.Excellent oral and written skills. Native US English communicator.Extremely detail-oriented and resourceful. Able to understand reports and work in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.Tech-savvy, not afraid to employ cloud-based technologies and try new tools and apps.Some experience working remotely.Understands strategy for 10X growth.Deliverables
Create a compelling revenue-driven, digital marketing, and mass retail sales strategy.Develop and implement annual editorial, promotions, and social media calendar and schedule posts 1+ years ahead.Develop creatives to tell the company stories in compelling ways.Supervise and create pay-per-click ads on Social media, Google Adwords, Amazon, etc to convert to sales. Monitor performance and optimize. A/B TestingResearch and define ways to educate consumers on the health benefits of Herbal Goodness product offerings including verification that all your imports are tested by a reputable lab that tests each inbound shipment.Build and aggressively fill sales and retargeting pipeline with leads generation effortsGrow influencer program.
