Position Description
Job Summary:
The Entertainment and Sports Marketing Specialist is responsible for the submission and execution for all activities related to the marketing and promotion of the casino's Entertainment, Sports and online gaming. This position is responsible for ensuring effective Entertainment target marketing, Sportsbook promotions, special events, as well as maintaining good public relations. This position is responsible for marketing interactive gaming products and services across Seneca Gaming Corporation's portfolio of casino properties. This position is also responsible for the promotion of all sport events including combat sports and e-sports events. This position is also responsible for Headliner, special entertainment events promotion. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation's policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :Review and edit advertising materials for accuracy, suggesting changes, and distributing fact sheets to Executives, management, promotions, and team members as needed.Provide input for future promotions, gifts, mass events, themes, mass promotions, etc relating to Entertainment and Sports.Provide assistance with setup and execution of all promotions and special entertainment events relating to Entertainment and Sports.Review promotions based on response and profitability, receive and analyze database response numbers.Create and assemble memos, SGA submissions for upcoming promotions, promotional fact sheets, database requests and check requests.Create and submit requests to the advertising department to ensure the proper advertising materials are created, printed, personalized and distributed in a timely and cost efficient manner.Procurement responsibilities, including assist with requesting RFQ or RFP, SWS Data entry for Purchase Requisitions, and BPO entries.Establish working relationships and contacts with vendors to request samples and other sportsbook materials.Cooperate with the Seneca Gaming Authority to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations of the Seneca Gaming Corporation.Schedule meetings when directed. Ensure all participants are notified, equipment requirements identified and scheduled, and other amenities furnished as requested.Organize and Plan activities during sporting eventsProvide an optimal fan experienceDevelop brand loyalty and target audienceDevelop an event area calendarDevelop and implement market strategiesWork closely with advertising on all social media, print, radio campaignsSTANDARD REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma required.BA or BS in Sports Marketing, Marketing, Events or like area is required.Strong knowledge of sports, players, teams and statistics. Including combat sports.Passion for sports betting with an understanding of the online betting industry and well as e-sportsPrevious marketing, events or promotions experience in a casino for at least 3 years.Excellent communication, organizational, operational, teamwork and interpersonal skillsStrong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to use a range of data insights & sources.Proven experience with completing projects within established deadlines.Basic understanding of statistics, specifically probability and oddsAbility to understand sports leagues and gaming regulations.Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Power PointMust be able to work in a fast pace high volume environmentLanguage Skills and Reasoning Ability:
