Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:● Knowledge and experience with producing a wide variety of assets for use in live action, digital, motion, social, print, OOH and web.● Strategic thinking and ability to solve problems independently.● Working knowledge of industry production contracts and the ability to negotiate terms independently, as well as seek guidance from legal and business affairs when necessary.● Ability to identify and troubleshoot communication, logistical, and scheduling challenges.● Ability to navigate competing priorities, allocate resources appropriately, and mitigate associated challenges.● Disciplined approach to managing projects, while maintaining the flexibility to adapt when adjustments are required.● Experience working in partnership with both junior and senior creative team members to bring ideas to life.● Knowledge of current industry trends, best in class suppliers, and standard rates for a wide array of production executions.● Experience being a face of creative production to external vendors and key internal stakeholders.● An understanding of the impacts of production decisions on both creative output and business results.● Experienced at managing expectations, with the ability to identify and articulate alternative solutions when changes arise.● Ability to identify key stakeholders and facilitate seamless communications, both written and verbal, between parties.● Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables while maintaining the integrity of the whole project within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Minimum Qualifications:● Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.● 5+ years of producing experience within an ad agency and/or internal creative department in a marketing organization.
Compensation:$50/hr to $70/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
