The Digital Marketing Specialist for Bigos is a creative and analytical professional tasked with consistently implementing our digital marketing efforts to enhance our online presence. This individual will be responsible for designing and executing email marketing campaigns, as well as managing digital ad placements across a variety of platforms, while ensuring accuracy and budget efficiency. A crucial part of their role involves the optimization and regular updating of our property websites. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also contribute to our social media efforts by maintaining our company blog and participating in social media content generation and scheduling. Reporting on key metrics such as website traffic, lead cost, and email marketing effectiveness will be required for data-driven strategy adjustments. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Email Marketing
Develop and execute innovative email marketing strategies to engage residents and prospectsCreate compelling email content that aligns with our brand and drives conversionsAnalyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordinglyDigital Advertising
Oversees ILS, PPC, and Paid Social campaigns including planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reportingManages integration between the company's Content Management System and paid advertising websitesMaintains and manages all lead tracking information for all advertising channels, including email addresses and phone numbersWorks closely with Marketing Managers and Operations to ensure ad budgets are on track and efficientContent Creation and Promotion
Craft engaging blog articles that resonate with our target audience and promote our community lifestyleCollaborate with team members to amplify content reach via social media platformsParticipate in brainstorming sessions for content ideas and work with marketing team to maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent engagementWebsite Management
Lead the optimization and routine maintenance of property websites to enhance user experienceCoordinate SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility and rankingsAddress support tickets and participate in regular website auditsUpdate content regularly, including but not limited to leasing specials, widgets, new features, interactive maps, etc.Online Reputation Management
Serve as an assistant for Reputation.com tools, monitoring and soliciting review responses from OperationsEngage in proactive measures to maintain a positive online presence for our propertiesAnalytics & Reporting
Monitor and report on website traffic, social media metrics, email campaign results, reputation efforts, and other marketing data as neededUtilize analytics tools to drive insights and make data-driven decisionsAdditional Marketing

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field. Multi-family housing or hospitality industry experience preferredHighly creative with experience identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that aim to motivate, inform, and educatePrior experience managing and leading email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social mediaYardi SiteManager experience highly preferredCanva experience preferredSkills and Abilities:
Fluent in English and skilled in oral and written communicationAbility to use tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous manner when dealing with co-workers and the publicDecision-making, problem-solving, and time management skillsAbility to handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously with self-directionWell versed in marketing best practices and trends within the multi-family housing industryKnowledge of marketing software, creation of content management, and marketing analytics tools
Physical Demands:
Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer; stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions; strength to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds; vision to read printed material and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in-person and over the telephone.
