We're looking for an amazing Lead, SEO Strategist to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy to enhance the online visibility and search engine ranking of Princess Cruises.You will conduct thorough keyword research to identify new opportunities and trends in the travel industry. You will collaborate with the content team to ensure the creation of high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with our brand and business objectives. You will be responsible for performing regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues. You will stay informed about industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of our SEO efforts. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing website analytics, tracking key performance indicators, and providing regular reports to demonstrate the impact of SEO initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and design, to integrate SEO best practices into all aspects of our online presence.

Responsibilities
Keyword Research and Analysis:Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value and relevant keywords for product pages.Analyze competitor keywords and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.On-Page Optimization:Optimize product pages for search engines, strategically placing content, meta tags, and headers to be keyword-rich.Implement schema markup and other on-page SEO techniques to enhance search engine visibility.Technical SEO:Collaborate with partner agency & development team to ensure the website's technical infrastructure is SEO-friendly.Monitor website performance, address crawl issues, and improve site speed.Content Strategy:Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with SEO goals, covering product descriptions, blog posts, and other relevant content.Optimize content for search engines and user experienceLink Building:Execute effective link-building strategies to increase the authority and credibility of the online store.Identify and pursue relevant opportunities for backlink acquisition.SEO Data Analysis and Reporting:Use analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators, providing regular reports on SEO performance.Identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordinglyStay Informed on Industry Trends:Keep abreast of industry changes, search engine algorithms, and emerging SEO trends.Apply new knowledge to continually improve the Princess site's SEO performance.Sales/Product Reporting & Analysis:Ensure data accuracy, organization, and timely reporting.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysisRequirements
Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing or BusinessExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.3+ years of experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on SEOMinimum of 1 year SEO experience with on-site optimization and copywritingA clear understanding of how SEO fits into a larger online marketing strategy and interacts with other marketing tacticsStellar written and verbal communication skills shown in navigating conversations, creating clarity in emails, creating meaningful dialogue during presentations, etc.Expertise in using analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare) and CMS (AEM preferred).Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS, Basic Javascript, WordPress, Ecommerce CMS (AEM?, Adobe Analytics (Goals, Attribution, Funnels), Office Suites (Slides/PowerPoint, Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel),In-depth knowledge of SEO tools, techniques, and best practices.Experience managing 4+ business partner relationships simultaneouslyMust be legally authorized to work in the United States.
