Marketing Coordinator
with up to 5 years experience to become a key member of ourteam in our
Tampa, FL, Austin TX or Charlotte, NC office.The
Marketing Coordinator
will be creatively responsible for the graphic design, editing, layout, and production of WGI print and digital marketing proposals, presentations, and other materials. If you think you are an innovative, self-motivated team-player, and want to shape your community, join our WGI team today!WGI offers a complete Benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD & STD, Life Insurance, 401k with match, PTO, Holidays, HSA with company contribution, Pet insurance, and Employee assistance program.#LI-OnsiteResponsibilities:Support and execute content development and management for print and digital materialsCoordinate and create winning proposals including graphic design, writing, research, data gathering, and executionDelegate to corporate graphic designers, when neededIdentify and outline client requirements for marketing proposals and other collateralSchedule and facilitate team kick-off meetingsEnsure all content produced in-house is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of voice, spelling, and grammarUpdate content of key proposal elements such as photography, team resumes, project information, etc.Contribute to the organization plan for our divisions digital files and proposal archiveEstablish relationships with outside consultants as needed for their input on marketing proposals and other collateralSupport and contribute to WGIs Digital Asset Management tool (OpenAsset), including development of key word/search parametersUtilize and manage content in WGIs CRMProvide support to the Proposal Manager to meet the overall Buildings Divisions goals
Qualifications:Successful candidates will have the following skills and competencies:Excellent computer skills with proficiency in InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite productsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent written, verbal, and editing communications skills with the ability to present information clearly and creativelyAbility to grasp technical language and communicate it in a clear, easy-to-read styleExceptional and proven experience writing (should be able to provide writing samples)Demonstrated layout and design skills (should be able to provide examples)Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projectsExperience with CRM platforms such as Deltek, AEC360, and AccessSelf-starter with strong work ethic and a flexible work style in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage last minute and urgent requestsStrong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate to and provide support for internal staff and external team membersUp to 5 years of marketing and communications experience;Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fieldApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
