What You'll Do:
Research and present seasonal trends and color stories in preparation for quarterly Seasonal Strategy meetings with the broader Product & Merchandising teamsPrepare product mock-ups and CADs for quarterly Seasonal Sketch meetingsStay up to date on relevant design parameters as communicated by the Product Development team, reflecting these within your designsOnce sketches are finalized, pull associated Pantones and fabrics and create factory-ready files for sampling and productionReview and approve factory lab dipsParticipate in sample review meetings and make any necessary changes to CADs and factory files in accordance with feedbackAct as the liaison between the Savannah and Atlanta product functions, constantly communicating about timelines and design parameters and receiving and shipping samples back and forth when necessaryMaintain meticulous organization of the physical sample libraryFrom time to time you will assist the broader creative team in efforts that may fall outside of this job description such as assisting with photoshoots, ordering office supplies, etc.Who You Are:
You have extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteYou have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and/or studied a related fieldTextile and/or pattern making are a plus, but not requiredYou have experience creating CADsYou have experience working with Pantone BooksYou are willing to learn embroidery (bonus points if you already know!)You are a clear communicatorYou thrive in a fast-paced environment and have no issue adhering to deadlines.You are resourceful with a 'no task is too small' attitudeWhat You Can Expect:
