Who We WantWe are in search of a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies who is able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role requires someone with expertise in digital channels including search engines, websites, social media, email, and mobile apps. The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker with a data-driven approach, able to optimize campaigns to achieve business goals effectively.ReportingWorking with and reporting to the Marketing DirectorResponsibilitiesPlan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.ProcessDevelop and oversee the digital marketing strategies and ensure they are integrated with the company's overall marketing plan.Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products and/or services.Enhance brand awareness in the digital space as well as drive website traffic and acquire leads/customers.Oversee a social media strategy, managing all digital marketing components.ProjectManage and execute project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.Ensure consistency of brand messaging by integrating digital marketing practices into each project.Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet.PeopleManage partnerships with different vendors and digital marketing agencies.Work with the marketing team and other department stakeholders to integrate different activities in digital marketing campaigns.Train other members of the marketing team on the latest digital marketing strategies and trends.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field.Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Marketing or a digital/technology-driven discipline.Certifications in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and broad experience with CMS.Previous experience working in a similar digital marketing role.
