Cox Automotive is seeking a Brand Analyst II who is a detail-oriented communicator with strong analytical and project management skills to join the marketing team supporting a portfolio of automotive retail brands and services including Dealertrack, Xtime, Retail360 Deal, and VinSolutions. The role will be reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager within the Cox Automotive Retail Solutions marketing team.
Primary responsibilities for Brand Analyst II will be contributing to the management of marketing programs, with heavy emphasis placed on organizational, operational, and budget management support. From time to time the person in this role may also be called upon to help with editing and proofreading content and creative used in marketing campaigns and thought leadership programs, analyzing campaign results, and collaborating with the Brand Manager on strategy and reporting.

USD 70,700.00 - 106,100.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $70,700.00 - $106,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. What You'll Do
Assist in the management of marketing programs, including:
- Manage project timelines and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
- Support organizing and developing formats for quarterly and monthly team meetings.
- Hands-on budget management
- Contribute to ideation and delivery of quarterly team culture themed events.
- Synthesize program updates into status reports for executive audience.
- Partner with Product Marketing partners to ensure effective campaign briefs.
- Review content and creative to ensure compliance with brand voice, strategy and guidelines.
- Proof and provide constructive feedback on creative brand assets, including emails, display ads and landing pages.
- Project manage marketing team members and agency partners as needed.

Who You Are/ Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years of marketing and/or analytics experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint presentation design.
- People skills, especially as pertains to getting colleagues "bought in" to organizational programs.
- Detail-oriented and effective organizational skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with brand strategy and marketing campaign planning & development
- Marketing or public relations agency experience
- Experience working with creative design and agency partners.
