Learn more about our work, services, and team at our website: .Overview of RoleWe're looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Manager with a degree in Business and an interest or experience in digital advertising, search engine optimization, and social media marketing to join our close-knit team. This role is ideal for an organized and independent person looking to be part of a growing agency. You will need to truly understand your clients' businesses and maintain a positive relationship with their teams. You will create advertising campaigns from the ground up and test new strategies on a monthly basis. You will collaborate with our close-knit team to strategize, implement, monitor, and report on your ad campaigns. You may also be required to meet with clients at their locations (usually near or around the Philadelphia area) to review strategy and project plans periodically. If you think you can bring an enthusiastic attitude and new ideas to Boomtown Internet Group, please send your resume along with some highlights about what you can offer and how you will handle working from home.Specifics of RoleDeveloping SEM strategies across multiple engines to improve client goals (e.g., CPA, ROAS) and achieve maximum efficiencyConducting keyword research, writing ad copy, and establishing bidding strategies to meet and exceed client KPIsMonitor daily performance metrics to understand search performance across global marketsManaging campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepanciesManaging Search, Shopping, Display, Remarketing, Video, and Social Media advertising campaignsManage conversion tracking and ensure all campaigns are properly tracking conversion. Analyze results and develop actionable insights and make optimizations to ensure KPIs are exceeded or metReporting: Compilation of performance results on a monthly basis with analysis for client strategyMonitor the competitive landscape and develop recommendationsMaintain certifications and partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendorsKey Areas of Responsibility:Project management including time/cost budgeting to ensure contracts are being fulfilled while remaining profitableDevelopment, delivery, and management of advertising campaigns to provide value to consumers in a way that builds trust in the client's brandMonitoring and reporting on each client's advertising progressStaying up to date on changes within the digital marketing industry including new marketing strategies, case studies, algorithm updates, etc.Required Skills, Education, and ExperienceA degree in marketing, business, or other related subjectsExcellent communication skills, written and verbal & acute attention to detailA professional and personable manner with the ability to manage expectations and prioritiesGood business sense and the ability to work within budgetsProven presentation skills - in-person and virtualExcellent organizational and time management skillsExperience managing multiple client portfolios across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn (TikTok Advertising a plus).Experience in data analysis and reporting - Google Analytics and Looker StudioExperience with eCommerce campaigns (specifically Google Shopping)Experience with all campaign types (e.g., Search, Display, Performance Max, Discovery ads, Shopping ads, YouTube) is preferredMeta (Facebook Instagram) social advertising necessaryAgency experience preferred, managing multiple clients with monthly budgets ranging between $1,000 to $50,000 per clientAd Creative: Canva and other ad creating tool knowledge helpfulThe candidate should be comfortable working from home full-time and understand that they will be using their personal computer for work use. Working from home requires unwavering self-discipline and self-awareness. We communicate many times a day via chat and email, and you will be expected to work regular hours and be a self-starter that requires minimal supervision.
