The Social Media Coordinator Content Creator is responsible for working closely with the Social Media/PR and Marketing teams to provide digital support for Boot Barn Inc. and exclusive brands via social media. The ideal candidate will understand social media platforms, marketing strategy, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and will support and collaborate with key Marketing leaders and team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support Social Media Team in building out our brands on TikTok, while developing engaging content around new product launches, seasonal campaigns, FAQs, brand partnerships, and more.Plan, concept, capture, and edit high-quality video content using primarily professional camera equipment.Community management - Monitor and facilitate responses to social media posts and direct messages in partnership with the Customer Service team on all platforms.Maintain social media email box and oversee monthly social media newsletter.Assist the Social Media Team with miscellaneous projects like creation of PR product collections, creation of line sheets for PR purposes and support on PR closet organization.Implement social media strategy on platforms such as Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube for the Boot Barn family of brands and brainstorm innovative ideas and concepts to support brand initiatives with focus on editorial storytelling, influencers, and consumer engagement.Assist in sourcing new talent for all brand segments.Edit and refine content to meet brand standards, in addition to optimizing final exports for the various social media platforms with best practices in mind.Manage the organization of all internally shot social content to ensure they are named, filed, and saved correctly for future use, and provide general administrative support to the Social Media/PR and Marketing teams.Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
