We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Marketing Manager to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product marketing strategy, ensuring that our engineering products are positioned effectively in the market. Responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies for our cloud-native engineering products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, and engineering to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target customer personas.
3. Manage the end-to-end process of product launches, from initial concept through to market release, ensuring all aspects are coordinated and executed to a high standard.
4. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use this information to inform product development and marketing strategies.
5. Create compelling sales enablement materials, including product presentations, datasheets, case studies, and demo videos.
6. Regularly review and update the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
7. Leverage data integration, data virtualization, and data connectivity to provide valuable insights and recommendations for product development and marketing.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Product Marketing Manager role, preferably within the engineering industry.
2. Proven experience with SaaS, cloud-native products, product management, and product launches.
3. Strong understanding of data integration, data virtualization, and data connectivity.
4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends, and translate these into actionable strategies.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. A degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
8. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
