Digital Marketing Coordinator
We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join Camping World's premier in-house digital marketing team. If you are looking for a new challenge with a fun work environment and an entrepreneurial culture, we ask that you please apply-we'd love to have you join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Facilitate active communication between RV dealerships and the digital marketing team.
Execute digital marketing initiatives across several channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Mountain, Simpli.fi, GA4, LookerStudio, SA360 & more.
Provide performance reporting on various digital marketing initiatives.
Work with peers to increase skill sets.
Seek information to improve current process’s and/or overall efficiency.
Work in a pro-active manner with superb communication skills to problem solve and keep projects moving forward, as well as keep team members up to speed.
Personality:
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business efficiency. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with company executives. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view. Well-presented and businesslike.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing (SEM, Display, CTV is a plus, not a requirement)
Experience in/with the following is a plus: Google Ads, Google My Business, Microsoft Ads, GA4, LookerStudio, SA360.
Must be a self-motivated team player, professional, detail orientated, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
Travel, RV and or Automotive experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a commitment to superior quality.
Outstanding creative presentation skills.
Capacity to handle more than one project simultaneously.
Lead by example with positive attitude.
Skills and Talents For Advancement
Able to execute campaign builds in commonly used platforms. (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, MNTN and more)
Collect materials from multiple sources to organize and execute desired strategy
Specialize in specific platform or channel
Innovation – proven ability to identify trends in current space to optimize and create increased performance of existing campaigns.
Deliver in the moment feedback to peers and leaders to grow the culture of One Team.
Identify internal passions and focus to align with specialist roles.
Self-assessment and personal awareness.
Basic skills learned from channel managers with in current vertical with in first 12 months
