Your contributions will span across various platforms including our internal fulfillment systems, multiple websites, social media accounts, an eBay wholesale store, and email marketing campaigns. You will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our digital presence, ensuring data accuracy, and engaging our online community.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily data entry tasks across multiple platforms, including internal systems, websites, and eBay stores, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain and update social media accounts such as Instagram and YouTube, focusing on brand consistency and engagement to expand our digital presence.
Regularly update product descriptions on our website by integrating content from Constant Contact email campaigns, enhancing product visibility and relevance.
Assist in creating and dispatching email marketing campaigns through Constant Contact, contributing to campaign ideas and execution to maximize reach and impact.
Perform light graphic design tasks in Adobe Photoshop to create engaging visual content for both digital and print media.
Act as an assistant to the senior staff, helping manage day-to-day administrative tasks and project coordination, helping to ensure smooth operations.
Quickly learn and implement new software tools or processes as required by the role, adapting to evolving technology needs, and enhancing productivity.
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong emphasis on digital platforms and data entry.
High proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.
Exceptional ability to adapt to new software and technology, demonstrating a capacity for quick learning and integration in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and collaborating within a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.

Desirable:
