ABOUT THE GIG:
Partner with copywriters to generate creative ideas, develop concepts and flesh out copy needs for retail assignments, integrated advertising assignments, and design projects for clients and internal initiativesWork with senior creatives to help flesh out campaign deliverables and receive feedback to help shape and refine your workDeliver on the assignment, but also continue to push the boundaries to find new and better ways to solve the creative challengeHelp foster an inclusive, inspiring, and energetic working environment that ultimately leads to great work and happy peopleCollaborate with cross-functional team members, including creatives, account management, production, strategy and mediaStay abreast of trends and new media formats, absorbing ideas from the internet, social, TV, music, art, etc.Meet deadlines and requirements, from kickoff to final delivery
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Role is entry level (0-3 years relevant experience)Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have a tasty design aestheticMotion graphics and/or Figma skills a plusProject experience for cross-cultural and/or multicultural audiences a plusCan express your ideas in Spanish and English targeting the US Hispanic Market for long and shortform needsA creative portfolio which displays your ability to think in unexpected waysSalary is commensurate with your experience and quality of portfolio
