Overview: The B2B Marketing Manager develops and executes the business-to-business marketing strategy to drive awareness, customer acquisition and pipeline growth for all segments of group sales, including corporate, youth, national reseller accounts. This roles partners with Regional Sales leaders across the Six Flags portfolio to assess local market needs and specifics to engage and convert leads to booked outings.
Responsibilities:
Drive the implementation of business-to-business marketing strategy to drive awareness, customer acquisition and pipeline growth across all segments of group sales, including corporate, youth, national reseller accounts.
Includes evaluating programs, providing insights, and making recommendations for continued product development.
Provide marketing support for distributed regional sales teams through multi-channel marketing strategy and execution, including CRM and paid media opportunities.
Manage web content marketing and other collateral for group sales, ensuring consistency of best practices across the enterprise and drive insight from performance metrics for continued development.
Manages a team of 1
Qualifications:
Education required: B.S. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or another related field
Minimum years of experience required: 5 or more years in marketing, with previous experience developing a successful lead generation and nurturing program
Salesforce automation experience a plus
Strong business acumen and results-oriented
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
