We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in film and television production, with expertise in managing all aspects of production operations. Reporting to the Executive Producer, the Production Manager will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from pre-production through post-production.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Executive Producer and other key stakeholders to develop production plans, budgets, and schedules for film and television projects.Oversee all logistical aspects of production, including crew hiring, equipment rentals, location scouting, and transportation arrangements.Manage production budgets and track expenses to ensure projects stay within budgetary constraints.Coordinate with department heads, including directors, cinematographers, and production designers, to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and talent agencies to secure necessary resources for production.Supervise production crews and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of creative vision and production goals.Monitor production progress, identify potential issues or challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements throughout the production process.Collaborate with post-production teams to facilitate the transition from production to post-production and ensure timely delivery of final deliverables.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Broadcasting, or related field (preferred).Proven experience as a Production Manager in the film and television industry, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and industry best practices.Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in production management software and tools.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for on-location shoots.
