JOB DETAIL
Ensure development of application follows defined Salesforce CRM architecture.Demonstrated ability to capture business requirements, translate those requirements to technical/business solution options, and be able to communicate those effectively back to the customer, both from a technical aspect and from a business aspect.Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts, and solutions to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and the businessnalyze new requests, define non-functional requirements, and create solution design and architecture.Knowledgeable of emerging trends and may contribute to and influence best practices within discipline.Typically requires an advanced technical degree and a minimum of 12 years in progressively responsible positions.Strong practical deployment knowledge of Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, Apex Web services, and APIs.t least 8 years of Salesforce/Force.com platform experience.Knowledge of Integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce.Strong oral and written communication skills, teamwork and leadership skills, customer services skills focusing on customer successExperience with Change Sets and/or experience in CI/CD.Salesforce certifiedMust have:Salesforce Marketing Cloud experienceo Handling Campaign and Email managemento Experience will some of the tools like - Content Builder, Journey Builder, Web Studio/ Cloud Pages, Data Extension in Email Studio, automation and tracking, Analytics Builder - especially the intelligence reports.Experience with reporting to generate reports of new, dormant subscribers, email sends, opens and click rate etcCreating data views to track email activity (behavior data) and expose it to downstream systems through APIIdentify and Reduce redundancy in subscriber data across BUBuilding De-Ops pipeline for creating, testing, and deploying scripts (AMP & SSJS) from IDE to BUWS exposureExperience with AWS cloud native services for data ingestion, extraction, data enrichment and query to and from SFMC.Responsibilities:Implementation of customer Salesforce solution projects that involve the Sales Cloud (CRM), Service Cloud, Custom Cloud and/or integrations to ensure scope and customer expectations are metWork with customer management, customer subject matter experts (SMEs) and or information technology personnel to complete Salesforce implementation tasks, as requiredProvide project and technical leadership for key Salesforce implementation projectsPossess a strong understanding of business operationsEstablish and maintain Salesforce implementation standardsdvise on a variety of broad questions and concerns from customer management regarding project requirements, documents need, technical standards, and conditions; communicate the status of requests and determines the feasibility of projects; documents findings and actionsDeliver results working with 3rd party delivery partners, customer teams, and Cross functional teamLead the team of members and be a point of contact for business teamCreate proof of concepts (POCs) and build prototypes for business improvementRepresents the project as a Salesforce expert who influences customer senior management on significant Salesforce mattersWork under general direction and independently determines and develop
