Who You Are
We are looking for a highly motivated Director of Americas Field Marketing with a passion for cybersecurity to lead and implement our Americas regional marketing strategy. You will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and measuring innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives that will drive demand for our cybersecurity solutions alongside our sellers and partners.What Youll Do
Develop and execute comprehensive region marketing plans that support and align with the overall marketing and sales strategy to drive demand for our cybersecurity solutions.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, partners, global marketing campaigns, and customer success, to ensure marketing programs are coordinated and implemented effectively across all channels.Identify and use key market trends and insights to build targeted messaging and campaigns that resonate with our target audience, customers.Lead and run the region marketing team to deliver impactful programs, including but not limited to account-based and digital marketing, tradeshows, events, webinars, and executive briefings.Develop and maintain positive relationships with industry influencers and key collaborators to help increase the transparency and credibility of our cybersecurity solutions.Manage and track the region marketing budget, ensuring that all programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable results.Measure, analyze and report on the performance of marketing programs and initiatives, and use the data to continuously improve our strategy and tactics.Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in field marketing4 years in cybersecurity or related industries.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field or equivalent combination of skills & experiencePreferred Qualifications
Deep experience executing account-based marketing at 1-to-few and 1-to-1 scale in partnership with salesValidated experience developing and executing successful field marketing campaigns that drive demand and revenue growth.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams and manage a team.Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.If you are a self-starter with a passion for cybersecurity and the ability to drive innovative marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Why Cisco?

to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
