Love Management is currently looking for a full-time Content Marketing Coordinator to join our team of hospitality and entertainment properties.
As the Content Marketing Coordinator, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for implementing the company's Digital, Social, and Content Marketing strategies. This includes ideation and strategy, content creation, execution, media buying, reporting, and analytics. You will need to be adept at using digital marketing and social media platforms to engage audiences, expand brand reach, drive sales, and customer engagement, while ensuring that our messaging remains relevant and on-brand.
Essential Responsibilities – Be Creative, Resourceful, and Organized As our Content Marketing Coordinator, you will be expected to:
Create and develop original social and digital marketing content, including production, copywriting, and posting.
Grow social following across various channels.
Grow influencer relationships and track efficacy.
Meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Manage content calendar for national and local social channels.
Stay up to date with consumer sentiment, competitors, and industry trends, and report insights back to other teams within the company.
Participate in creative ideation and collaboration with the team.
Moderate and respond to guests on social media channels.
Work with the creative team and various company stakeholders to come up with engaging social content and campaign strategies.
Maintain and analyze marketing analytics platforms and internal dashboards.
Required Qualifications – The Must-Haves To be considered for this position, you must have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
2 years of experience in the social media space, either agency or brand-side.
Proven ability to grow organic social following across platforms.
Experience with content development and channel strategy for digital marketing platforms.
Knowledge of current social media trends and updates in the overall social media space.
Google Office Suite knowledge (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides).
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
Highly motivated to grow and learn.
Preferred Qualifications – The Difference-Makers The following are preferred qualifications that will give you an edge:
Knowledge of HootSuite and/or other social media campaign organization tools.
Ability to thrive in a highly creative, collaborative, fast-paced, and relaxed environment.
Data-driven approach to digital marketing that informs creative and optimization.
Note: Pay is negotiable based off relative experience.
