Required Experience:Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT end-user services and Audio-Visual supportExperience supporting A/V equipment such as
Cisco Endpoints and MS TeamsExcellent customer service skills (in-person/remote support)Proficiency in MS Office, Windows OS and Mac OSBasic understanding of TCP/IP networkingIntermediate-to-advanced skills supporting/troubleshooting audio visual systems
Plusses:Background supporting a higher ed environmentCollege degreeTicketing experience (Remedy, ServiceNow, etc)A+, Microsoft, Apple certificationsBasic experience troubleshooting Windows/Apple hardware
Day to day:This individual will set up, operate, maintain all equipment used in meeting rooms and conference rooms such as microphones, document cameras, projectors, confidence monitors, resident laptop, clicker, etc. They will provide technical support for public areas including kiosks, printer, digital signage, LCDs and phones. This individual will be guiding internal employees on to use systems in their environment. This individual will also be performing basic IT and desktop/laptop troubleshooting when employees are having issues connecting with the connecting with the Systems.
