Responsibilities
Prepare test fits/space plans and pricing notes for prospective tenants as requiredPrepare building stacking plansAssist TI Project Managers in preparing tenant improvement budgetsAssist construction and property management teams with finish selections on select capital projectsPrepare marketing plans for vacant spacesPrepare smaller space surveys for existing vacancies and note exiting conditionsPrepare Construction Documents for Interior tenant improvement projects in RevitMaintain up to date product library and pricing for finish materialsAssist with the design and selection of finishes for select base building renovationsMaintain electronic library of all Design Documentation, Revit, AutoCAD files, Sketch-up, etc. RevAssist with the maintenance of the operations and maintenance documents & project plansAssist with the Coordination of all design related tasks of tenant improvement projects in the Austin, Texas market.Assist with the Coordination of all Landlord work elements for all tenant managed projectsIntermediate to Advance proficiency in the following Software: Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-up and EnScapeNovice to Intermediate proficiency in the following Software: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and IllustratorMust be able to demonstrates the ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities at this time.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (BArch or BSArch) or in Interiors from four-year college or university and/or equivalent master’s degree in architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
Applicants with 4-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience with using architectural computer software as noted: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required. Proficiency in Sketch-up, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and BlueBeam is preferred.
Experience executing workplace space plans in CAD and Revit is preferred.
Proficiency in developing a finish palette and coordinating with a finish, furniture and equipment vendor is preferred.
Competencies
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze and interpret project plans or working drawings. Ability to respond to common inquiries via email and/or phone messages.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
A current valid driver's license and personal automobile insurance required. Will be required to travel to buildings/meetings for various tasks including surveys, tenant meetings, general design consultations, etc.
