Williams Lea is hiring for a Hybrid Digital Marketing Coordinator for our Columbus OH office to work Monday to Friday 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm EST!
Pay:
$25.00/hour + 10% shift differential

Lays out, tests and circulates formatted client email drafts with Business Development teams, partners and others, making changes as neededAssists in building distribution lists and segmenting contacts in the CRM database across multiple criteria for mailings. Send emails via email marketing platform. Helps to enforce the firm's data protection and anti-spam policies related to this workConfigures, tests and sets up email layout and web response forms to support global business development email campaign tracking and event registration and managementPosts to firm website, social and podcast platforms. Produces follow-up reports and metrics for email campaigns and eventsSurveys competitors and other markets, and researching current trends to inform campaignsAdvises marketing professionals on effective campaign set up including testing, targeting, timing, automation and metricsHelps to support the global team on consistent email marketing system usage and suggests improvements to business processesReports on campaign analytics. Become proficient in reporting capabilities of Vuture, InterAction, Excel and Power BI to facilitate intuitive presentation of data (pivot tables, charts/graphs, etc.) and advise/assist with improving reporting capabilities generallyBrainstorms and implements experiments, conducts A/B and conversion testsMay provide other project support as neededPerforms other duties as assigned or required to meet firm goals and objectivesQualifications
Education/Training/Certifications:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree when the experience has been directly related to the functions of the role.Professional Experience:
At least 2 years' prior related experience requiredTechnical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, requiredCRM experience (experience with LexisNexis InterAction preferred), email marketing experience, including HTML and CSS knowledge (Vuture/Hubspot experience preferred), database experience, very good Excel skills, preferredSitecore or other content management system, preferredPerformance Traits:
