In being the primary point of contact for all agency partners, you will be responsible for ensuring stakeholders are meeting and exceeding channel goals, but also be their primary advisor to continue to optimize ByHeart’s growth marketing campaigns.This person must be extremely organized; possessing exceptional project-management skills and is excellent at managing multiple external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have expertise in executing and optimizing advertising on paid social, paid search, and programmatic platforms, takes a data-driven approach, but is also able to think beyond the traditional growth marketing playbook when it comes to customer acquisition.Role ResponsibilitiesSupport and oversee agency and partners of the day-to-day execution of all paid ad campaigns from inception through completionServe as main point of contact for digital marketing agency partnersDevelop campaign strategy and road-mapping based on audience centric and business goalsAssist with developing and implementing strategies and process for new advertising opportunities and new products or emerging mediaUnderstand and communicate the details of media plans to audience stakeholders, both internal and externalConduct keyword & audience research to advise on potential incremental opportunitiesExtract campaign data, generate reports, interpret, and analyze resultsMaintain schedules and tracking documents for all paid campaigns, in coordination with teamsDaily monitoring of performance dashboards to ensure campaigns run effectively, and take learnings for other channelsCollaborate across the organization to integrate messaging, creative learnings and upcoming initiatives across all campaignsStay up-to-date with digital and social media trends and bring potential opportunities of growth to managers and directorsParticipate in vetting and recommending partners and systems to enhance efficiency and performanceProvide insights and strategic recommendations for campaigns and marketing module enhancements, including any real-time personalization tactics, SEO keyword updates, etc.Skills & Qualifications6+ years experience in growth marketingExceptional project management and stakeholder management skillsProven experience executing campaigns in platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and programmatic platformsStrong analytical skills with proven experience analyzing digital marketing campaigns and performing data-driven optimizations in line with KPIs (CTR, CR, CPC, Impression Share, CPA etc.)Understanding of first-party data tracking and reporting tools (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics a must, experience with Klaivyo, Segment or similar Customer Data Platforms a plus)Experience working with Rockerbox or similar MTA toolsUnderstanding of different attribution tactics and models, including but not limited to MTA, MER, MMM, DDA, and matched market lift.A natural curiosity to evolve a growth marketing program beyond typical DTC tactics - someone who is always looking for new channels or out-of-the box ways to acquire customers will thrive in this role.The minimum annual salary for this position is $100,000 and the maximum is $143,000. The salary range for performing this role outside of New York City will differ.
