Position DescriptionCGI is adding a Marketing Cloud Developer to our team in Charlotte, NC. The core focus of this position is to manage multiple Marketing Automation and Cloud implementations for our global Digital Marketing team. We are seeking candidates who possess a range of Marketing Automation skills encompassing Campaigns and Email Marketing engagements. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class IT company, for a permanent position in the Charlotte metro area providing high-end IT services to local enterprise clients.

Your future duties and responsibilitiesUnderstand business requirements and propose the best implementation using the SFDC solution.Build customer journeys.Proficient with lead generation and marketing campaigns, building dashboards, and managing automations, reporting, and integrations.Monitoring, integrate, and maintaining the platformManaging subscriber data, import and segmentation using combination of Salesforce tools and database queryHands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation studio and contact builderHands-0n experience in building HTML, Java script, AMP script, CSS based emails and landing pageProven problem-solving skills and excellent team playerFair understanding of SDLC, Development methodologies (Agile is an advantage), and industry standard processes.Manage relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goalsMaintain collaborative relationships with external vendors to achieve project goals, where necessary.Participate in the evolution of team best practices, standards and policiesStay current with the periodic Salesforce releases and leverage the updates applicable to the ORG.Be part of a fast-paced agile scrum team and participate in planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of projects.
Required qualifications to be successful in this roleEducation: Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.Experience: Minimum five years of experience including three years of experience in Salesforce Marketing.CloudHands-on experience with Marketing CloudMarketo/Pardot/Eloqua experience (Workflows, Landing Pages and Automation Programs)Experience with Lead ManagementLead Scoring beneficialExperience with OmniChannel MarketingStrong digital marketing backgroundExperience with SegmentationExperience with Email marketing strategy developmentExperience with Customer segmentation and personalizationExperience with Data analysis and interpretationExperience with Campaign design and executionExperience with A/B testing and conversion optimizationExperience with Database management and maintenanceExperience with Cross-functional collaborationExperience with ROI optimizationExperience with Campaign performance monitoring and reportingExperience with Technical troubleshootingExperience with Understanding of email deliverability best practicesExperience with Knowledge of current email marketing trendsExperience conducting/facilitating stakeholder workshopsClient friendliness with the ability to build and maintain trusting and value added client relationshipsAbility to work independently and in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervisionMust be located in Charlotte NC area and able to work on-site at client location in Charlotte NCClient ownership/client engagement experience preferredComfortable working within a defined budget and coordinating efforts with other teams

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $77,200 - $213,800.
