The AIA Marketing team's purpose is to generate awareness, drive acquisition, and inspire retention.
We will accomplish this by elevating the AIA brand, building brand awareness, attracting qualified prospects, increasing engagement with owners, and enhancing the owner experience.

relevant content, communication, and events based on a keen understanding of our target audience.
Our work will be guided by corporate goals and through strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Under the direction of the Demand Generation Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will help drive results through flawless campaign execution, marketing channel management and sales enablement support. Responsibilities :
Campaign Execution
In partnership with the VP of Marketing and Demand Generation Marketing Manager, plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, social media and email marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaign assets, including short form content and supporting graphics.
Utilize email marketing tools for creation, deployment, and optimization of email campaigns
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and optimize future strategies.

Marketing Channel Management
Manage and optimize social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Oversee the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-friendly, and aligned with campaign goals.
Monitor and analyze data to make data-driven decisions, continuously improving marketing channel performance
Campaign Asset Creation
Coordinate and collaborate with AIA's in-house creative team and external agencies to develop content and creative assets as needed for all inbound and brand campaign campaigns.
Ensure brand integrity throughout all campaign initiatives.
Sales Enablement
Work closely with the sales team and VP, Marketing, develop marketing strategies that support sales objectives.
Provide sales collateral and support materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign themes.
Contribute to the creation of materials that empower the sales team to effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising
2+ years of B2B marketing experience, including digital marketing
Experience with CRMs and marketing automation tools, Hubspot is a plus
An understanding of digital marketing channels including social, email, PPC, and SEO
Working knowledge of analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics), data visualization tools, AI tools (e.g. Chat Open AI), and Excel
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Promotional Product Industry Experience preferred
