Project Manager,
based in Milwaukee, WI. This position will be responsible for overseeing projects that are both large and/or complex, building relationships with our internal teams, and initiating process improvements to make the overall experience a memorable one for our customers.What makes this a great opportunity?This is an opportunity to have an impact on how we service our customers and create a smooth transition between teams for our clients. This position will add value to our already established space planning team.Here’s a General Overview of What You’ll be Doing :Oversee projects that fall within the large and complex project categoriesCollaborate with our Sales, Space Planning, and Customer Service teamsTrack projects from inception to point-of-saleCommunicate with colleagues via phone and email to gain understanding of project needsAudit various steps of process to ensure details of the project are not missedConduct specification checks and quote creationReview and submit installation and freight quotesCreate presentations for large and/or complex projects from original design documentsReview quotes with sellers prior to submission of order to entry team ensuring timely turnaroundProvide communication regarding installation dates and furniture shipment datesPrompt follow up on issues that develop and work with our internal teams to problem solveBuild and maintain vendor relationships.Keep customers top of mind throughout process to ensure their needs are being metIdentify process improvement opportunities for all stages of the process
What We’re Looking For:Associates degree in Design2-5 Years of Space Planning - Design experience2-5 Years proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar roleExperience working with multiple teams and/or individuals on various projectsStrong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementStrong customer-facing and collaboration skillsExperience working in Architecture/Design and clear understanding of blueprints
Nice to Have:AutoCAD experienceCap2020 software experienceConfigura CET software ExperienceFurniture experience
