If so, then consider the role of Product Marketing Manager at Omnicell.
We seek a Product Marketing professional to develop and execute marketing programs for Omnicell’s Point of Care solutions that will impact our target audiences. You’ll drive growth, client satisfaction, and client performance by bringing to life the value, differentiation, and proof points of our services to customers and industry influencers. We want to meet enthusiastic candidates with the organizational skills to partner with sales, product, marketing, and our client services teams to shape the product story.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams to anticipate the needs of customer facing teams when new products, features, enhancements, and fixes are released
Empower our client-facing teams by creating marketing collateral and sales enablement materials that include presentations, FAQ’s, quoting guides, training materials, and messaging
Define insights into customer needs and market opportunities by actively engaging with sales and customer success teams, presenting to clients, and embedding these insights within product narratives and stories
Formalize product proof points as well as differentiated and engaging packaging and positioning strategies
Monitor competitive activity – both direct and indirect – and adjust, update, or refine the value proposition to further differentiate our products and services
Support customer-facing teams by obtaining and leveraging deep knowledge of your product and related internal stakeholders
Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to build the funnel for your product, and accelerate the time to close deals
Serve as a demonstration expert for your product, being able to deliver demonstrations and train others to provide demonstrations
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
1-3 years’ experience in a Product Marketing
In lieu of Product Marketing experience:
Marketing, Product Management, or Sales role within healthcare, technology, or medical devices
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Customer obsessed
Experience executing commercialization strategies, programs, and tactics for technical products
Strong creative skills, ability to design and create compelling pitch decks
Ability to work collaboratively at multiple levels of the organization, including product management, sales, and operations.
Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and be accountable for results.
Passion for transforming the healthcare experience, both for healthcare professionals and patients.
Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
Outstanding communication; strong written and verbal communication skills
A knack for problem-solving
A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams and colleagues
Attention to detail, with the ability to see how details fit into the overall picture
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or other advanced degrees
Acute care nursing or pharmacy experience
Work Conditions:
Travel requirements: up to 20%
