POSITION SUMMARY:Reporting to the Senior Manager for Nursing Strategic Communications and Education, the Assistant Web Producer will aid in supporting the Department of Nursing's weekly e-newsletter and web platforms.Position: Assistant Web ProducerDepartment: Nursing AdministrationSchedule: Part TimeESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESUnder the direction of the Senior Manager for Nursing Strategic Communications and Education, the Assistant Web Producer will:Assist in editing and updating e-newsletters and websites using HTML codeCreate and optimize images and graphicsOrganize, upload, and maintain a library of photo and video assetsResearch and compile continuing education opportunities for nursing staff and add events to the calendarAssist in updating online forms for Nursing education and recognition programsAssist in other projects as needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA):Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organization skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to work independently and jointly to complete assigned tasksMust be familiar with HTML code and content management platforms like Drupal and SharePointBasic experience using video, audio, photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)Familiar with audio/visual and web conferencing toolsExperience with Microsoft Office and TeamsPortfolio RequiredOn Site Skill Assessment Required
