Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred not required3+ years of experience in Graphic Design5+ years of experience Web Content Management Support with posting of news releases, reports, and publications3+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint creating and editing graphics, pages, page layouts, master pages, and lists· 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
2+ years of experience with Drupal creating and editing graphics, pages, page layouts, master pages, and lists.· 3+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, SharePoint Design, and SharePoint Workflows
2+ years of experience with Universal Analytics Reporting and ability to learn GA-4 AnalyticsResponsibilities:
Manage content on the website by posting/updating newsletter articles, social media, and other program communications to the appropriate place on the website.Prepare and publish content, graphics, and data.Manage operational tasks and project schedules for overall maintenance and functionality of the FHFA website.Coordinate with staff and contractors to ensure the FHFA website complies with required regulations.Coordinate with FHFA managers to evaluate the current structure, operations, and content of the FHFA website, provide recommendations for improvements.Establish relationships, identifying and recommending opportunities for value-added improvements and innovations.Support FHFA website design and ensure that the FHFA website meets the standards for 508 compliance and other federal or agency-specific requirements.Maintain and create technical guidance and policies for FHFA website content.Evaluate and analyze FHFA website statistics and user feedback, provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the FHFA website.Create quick-turn, reactive content for opportunistic moments in culture and online.Craft copy in accordance with brand tone and voice guidelines.Work collectively on cross-disciplinary projects.Manage the storytelling behind each creative output to ensure it is clear, concise, and true to the content.Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is useful and consistentEvolve, revise, or redevelop content in response to feedback from internal and external stakeholders.Assist with the creation of policies regarding brand identity standards and guidelines, while helping to inform the evolution and extension of the written and visual identity.Perform other duties as assigned.Knowledge and Skills:

Travel Requirements:
This position will involve minimal travel
Location:
Remote. However, when necessary, for in-person discussions/interviews, work may also be performed at FHFA’s facilities located at Constitution Center, 400 7th Street SW, Washington, DC 20219. When required, onsite workspace at FHFA will be provided.
