What you will be doing
Albertson's Companies is looking for people who are interested in re-imagining the grocery experience by harnessing the power of digital technologies. The Sr Product Manager will work closely with Engineering, Business, UX, Data teams and more to build the product roadmap for MarTech solutions.
The position will be based in Pleasanton, CA, Plano, TX, Boise, ID, or is remote/hybrid but needs to be close to an Albertsons Office or store.
Main responsibilitiesHelp to build Albertsons MarTech vision and multi-year roadmap that delivers new and optimized digital solutions.Help Lead the strategy, prioritization, and execution for new and existing marketing channels (Onsite, Push, SMS, MMS, Email, and more), tools, and initiatives.Scale our marketing efforts by building or buying tools to enhance our product offering to our end users (Email, Push, SMS, MMS Campaign Management, Customer Data Platform, Digital Asset Management, and more)Define, monitor and measure product metrics and KPIs, incorporate learnings into product definition and development processYou will build tools that solve problems for internal users, build integrations, systems, API's marketing tools for grocery delivery, drive-up-and-go and online/ecommerceDrive cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful products and/or features, including process, and change management.Communicate product vision to senior management, cross-functional teams, and various stakeholdersYou'll help create a vision and roadmap for a highly optimized, contextual and personalized ranking and recommendations technology for jobsManage the full product lifecycle - defining features, writing specifications and measurement metrics and iterate through A/B Testing and data-centric designsThe salary range is $95,400 to $123,900 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation Pay (accrued based on hours worked) or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). Bachelor's degree4+ years relevant experience in Martech with 2+ years in e-commerce/internet in Platform product management within a Marketing or Tech organizationYou have great attention to detail but base your strategy on the big picture objectives.Ability to communicate to business stakeholders like a growth marketing leaders and business stakeholders to promote a shared understanding of strategy, ROI, and opportunitiesYou understand how technology can solve customer and business partner problems and can engage in the details with different types of engineering teams to find simpler solutionsExperience shipping production-scale productsYou have a passion for MarTech Solutions-including but not limited to: Adobe Campaign/Salesforce/Twilio, Sinch, Appsflyer/Braze/Localytics, Adobe analytics/Google Analytics
