Job Details
Our construction company is looking for a dynamic and creative marketing coordinator to join our team. As a marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our construction services and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote our construction servicesCreate compelling content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channelsManage and update our website and social media accountsCreate and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations using Adobe Creative SuiteAssist in the development of proposals and presentations for potential clientsConduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the construction industryCoordinate and attend industry events and trade showsCollaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation campaigns and track their successMonitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction industryProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and PhotoshopStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of digital marketing channels and strategiesExperience with proposal development in construction is ideal and presentation designAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
