DUTIES:Team and business has grown – currently one person is managing content creation and needs interim support.Majority of SC content comes from DMI so that the brand is always telling a cohesive and global-reaching storyDay to day: supporting the content lead creating master asset lists, ordering product, tracking feedback, managing Wrike, managing timelines and preparing for photoshoots.Current POC for content creation will Launch content, key concepts, and gather messaging from marketing – the consultant will work with her to create the master asset list and that will be the bulk of what the work is and following and delivering the deadlines in WRIKEConsistent management of the asset master list which ishuge excel spreadsheet that outlines where the content will live, the key messaging, and all details – Maybe combine with the aboveAssets are uploaded to WRIKE to generate timeline of deliverablesFrom the tech side: this person would pass off the finished materials to the POC for tech – sending it out to OPERAAdhoc responsibilities : inventorying product, supporting shoots, handling logistics, QA – proofread and revise)
REQUIRMENTS:2+ years of experience in building content briefs and executing from start to finish, with clear results, strong project management skills, demonstrates strong digital vision and customer-centric focus, excellent organization skills with avid attention to detail and follow through.Bachelors degree requiredAdvanced PC skills (MS Word, Microsoft Outlook Calendar & E-Mail, Excel, Power Point).Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication and proven ability in successfully running multiple projects.Must demonstrate creativity in problem solving, anticipate bottlenecks, manage project prioritization to deliver business results.Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and as part of a team.Proven ability to develop smart personalized content to drive customer interaction.
