About the Position
The Employee Navigator Marketing team is small but mighty and looking for a highly collaborative Digital Marketing Specialist to add to the team. Our marketing team works towards real-time, immediate-impact solutions that affect our long-term strategy goals in the world of Employee Benefits technology. We are building a multi-sided B2B platform that transforms how the industry works through the automation and standardization of digital Benefit enrollments. This role provides the opportunity to refine your skillset in several different areas under the Marketing umbrella -technology tools, content creation, partnerships, webinars, events, and strategy planning, to name a few.
ResponsibilitiesMarketing Technology Maintenance: manage campaigns, audience lists, email analytics and campaigns in Marketo and MailChimp.Develop tactical plans and content in support of overarching strategy and positioning, which may include web page content, digital advertising, social media, email communications, thought leadership and event materials.Develop content for all marketing initiatives, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns, to support overall marketing objectives.Update and maintain brand assets and marketing materials.Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, related field or have sufficient relevant industry experience.Ability to complete high-quality projects quickly and on time.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and experimenting with new ideas and strategies.Experience working in a collaborative environment.Healthcare organizational experience a plus.Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads.Exceptional attention to detail.Some experience or familiarity with a range of digital marketing analytics platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Advertising.Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Some experience of html and wysiwyg editors.Experience with Gainsight a plus.
